Where is the box office located?
The box office is located in the Old Rock School. Enter the side door of the Rock School under the 'Arts Open' flag and climb the stairs to the main level. Our office is on the left as you enter the hall.

Where else can I buy a ticket?
Tickets are also available at Larry’s Musical Madness in Hickory, Beach’s Music in Morganton, Ray’s Music in Lenoir, & The East End Barbershop in Valdese.

Where is your parking lot?
Parking is available lot in the front, to the side, and in the back of the Old Rock School.

Is there dancing?
Dancing is highly encouraged and stomping your feet is a must! Dancing is a big part of the live musical experience and we would love to see everyone getting into the music by getting onto their feet.

Is there food?
No.  Please eat before you come.

Do you have an ATM?
We do not have an ATM within the Rock School, however, there is a First Citizens, Wachovia, BB&T, and a Cash Points ATM located on Main Street.

What time do I arrive to get a seat?
Seating is first come, first serve but there is not a bad seat in the house. Doors open an hour before the show, so come early and grab good seat.

Where's the bathroom?
Bathrooms are located in the main lobby and downstairs.

Is the facility handicapped accessible?
Yes, there is a wheelchair ramp to the second floor that enters in the rear of the building.
